Coach George is entering his 10th year of coaching at Westside United FC. He started here with the 89 Boys White team whom he led to many tournament championships across the Midwest and came within one goal of moving on to the state-semis as well as a #5 ranking in the state. Five of his players from that team have moved on to play college soccer. Josh was the varsity assistant coach and Junior Varsity head coach at Zionsville High School prior to taking the director of coaching position at Westside United. He is currently coaching the 93 Green Boys (2008-2009-2010-2011 State Champions, 2009-2010 Regional Semi-Finalist), WSU 99 Green Boys (State Semi-Finalist 2011) and WSU 96 Green Boys (State Champs 2007, Finalist in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011).  All of his players from the WSU 93 team moved on to play college soccer at various levels. George also has coached the WSU 94 Green Boys who were semi-finalist in 2010 in the State Cup.  He has trained kids that have gone on to play at state, regional, and national level in ODP as well as developing players that currently play at the D1, D2, D3, and NAIA levels.

Coach Josh played his high school soccer at Danville High School where he was a 2 year captain and MVP of the team his senior season. He was voted 1st team All- Conference his Junior and Senior season. He was on the first team All-Metro West as a senior which recognized some of the top players from around the area. Josh also led the state in assists his senior season and holds the career record for assists, assists in a game, and assists in a season. He went on to play college soccer at the University of Indianapolis where he was a 4 year letter winner before his graduation in 2006.

Josh currently holds his USSF National 'D' license, and will be obtaining his 'C' in the near future. He has his USSF National Youth License and his NSCAA Advanced National License 'B'. He also serves on the Indiana ODP staff as a trainer. Coach Josh is the Director of Coaching for Westside United FC.
